The Wellbeing & Recovery Collective (TWRC) is a UK-based online mental health provider supporting individuals affected by eating disorders, addiction, and related mental health challenges. We offer structured recovery programmes, specialist group therapy, and 1:1 support — all designed to meet people where they are in their recovery journey. We work with adolescents (13+) and adults, and regularly collaborate with treatment centres, psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals across the UK and internationally to ensure continuity of care before, during, and after treatment. What We Offer: 🔹 Specialist Support: • Online eating disorder and addiction programmes • 1:1 therapy, coaching, and psychiatric referral where needed • Group therapy and psychoeducational workshops • Dietetic and occupational therapy input • Self-paced recovery tools via our website and app • Integrated remote monitoring to provide ongoing oversight and enhanced therapeutic support 🔹 Professional Partnerships: • Flexible online and hybrid continuing for clients returning from residential treatment • Rolling intake with personalised support options • Seamless collaboration to keep clients within your care ecosystem 🔹 Education & Resources: Our upcoming platform will host expert-led resources, wellness tracking tools, and a supportive community hub — enabling clients to continue their growth between sessions and long after discharge. TWRC combines evidence-based approaches with holistic support, offering a compassionate, trauma-informed path to lasting wellbeing and recovery.
