The Wellbeing Collective (TWBC) is a consultancy organisation focussing on developing individuals, teams, departments, organisations and systems in achieving their goals through self-mastery, positive psychology and partnership working. We provide individual/group coaching, complex facilitation, mediation, strategy development, Appreciative Inquiry, engagement work, wellbeing and resilience building, leadership development and strategic organisation development as well as a variety of online courses focussed on Personal Mastery, Wellbeing and trauma, as well as EDI.
