The West End Home Foundation is an independent charitable foundation dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults in Middle Tennessee. The Foundation is a catalyst for creating a meaningful, lasting impact on our community's older adult population. Mission: To enrich the lives of older adults through grantmaking, advocacy and community collaboration. Vision: We envision a world in which all older adults are valued, have opportunities to be engaged in their communities in meaningful ways, and have access to high quality care and services that promote successful aging. The programs that we support address a broad range of issues impacting people from all walks of life as they age. Our nonprofit agency partners transform our funds into meaningful outcomes that enhance lives and strengthen our communities. The West End Home Foundation made its first grant in 2002. Since that time we have distributed $22,915,390.00 to sixty-nine different nonprofit agencies in Middle Tennessee.
