About The Wits Students' Physician Society

The Wits Students’ Physician Society is a student-led society based at the University of the Witwatersrand’s medical school, with a focus on and passion for internal medicine. We host a variety of events and workshops aimed at facilitating learning outside of the classroom, as well as contributing to medical school social life. We also boast a growing YouTube platform on which we post vlogs and educational videos, as well as an extensive outreach portfolio where we strive to make a difference in our communities through various drives, initiatives and outreach visits.
