The Youth Career Counsellor (TYCC) Brighter Futures, Built with Confidence. The career landscape for young Australians has changed — but the guidance hasn’t kept up. Too many young people feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, and pressured to make the “right” decision without clear direction.
