About The Zense

At the Zense, we curate immersive experiences that tap into your senses to calm your nervous system and help you reconnect with your body and the present moment. We do this with the help of 180-degree projected nature visuals, soundscapes, scents, and guided movement. We love creating team events and combine the latest research on mindfulness, wellbeing with good food, movement and community.
