Founded in Paris in September 2012, Theop was born on the common wish to provide both innovating and costumized solutions, in order to meet with any real estate projects' key step. THEOP's field of expertise splits in two large areas : 1. Real Estate surveying : THEOP provides its clients with a financial, legal, administrative, and technical expertise in the management of their real estate programs. Therefore, THEOP is able to offer its clients real-estate finance structurings adapted to their projects needs. THEOP's workforce abilities allow it to cover any kind of real-estate project : housing, office building, shopping center, public facilities, hostels, industrial production facilities, datacenters,... Caring for environement responsibility, THEOP provotes bests environemental solutions in line with its clients' projects goals. 2. Implementation of concerted and quality care real-estate promotion programs, in close collaboration with cities actors.
