About TheraBox

TheraBox is a therapist-curated self-care subscription box designed to make well-being feel doable, joyful, and part of a life well-lived. Founded by a former therapist who believes small rituals can spark big change, TheraBox blends time-honored wellness practices with forward-thinking product discovery. Each monthly box delivers 8 premium self-care, skincare, and lifestyle items—hand-selected from mission-led brands—to help people build consistent habits of joy, calm, and renewal. With nearly a million boxes shipped and a global community of subscribers, TheraBox has become a trusted companion for women seeking balance in an always-on world. Our goal is simple: make self-care feel less like another task and more like a tradition worth keeping.
