TherapEase Counselling was created to help adults across Canada improve their mental health, become aware of their inner strengths, and develop solutions to their own problems. We offer counselling/therapy services across Alberta on a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem & self-worth, trauma, work-related burnout, grief, intimacy & relationships, and more. Accessing mental health support can often be fraught with barriers, so that's why we reduce the barriers that might prevent someone from accessing therapy in the first place.
