Therapy Cove is a fully virtual, trauma-informed mental health practice serving Gen Z, Millennials, and beyond across 42 PSYPACT states. We specialize in supporting high-achieving individuals who appear “put together” on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Our approach is evidence-based, insight-oriented, and culturally responsive, blending EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, CBT, and somatic therapies. As a practice founded by an immigrant South Asian psychologist, Therapy Cove is especially dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces for BIPOC and first-generation clients navigating cultural identity and intergenerational trauma. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, clinical supervision, and speaking engagements, all grounded in the belief that healing happens when we unlearn old patterns, come home to ourselves, and live our truth. ✨ Therapy Cove is more than therapy.
