About Therapy for Therapists Collective

We offer a pro bono therapy exchange network and peer support groups for therapists. We are social-justice oriented and committed to creating spaces for mental health providers to connect. We want to improve the sustainability of our field. We want to empower our colleagues and improve the quality of care to our clients by reducing burnout. We also hope this will reduce the incidence of caring, compassionate helping professionals leaving the field as they encounter broken systems. Therapy alone is not the answer, and we want to facilitate conversations surrounding advocacy and resources.
