With an impressive 60-year history of high temperature furnace system design, Thermal Technology has helped pioneer the use of innovative advanced materials in industries such as medical, lighting and renewable energy. We are a leading provider of hot press systems utilized in the production of high temperature ceramics, advanced composite materials and functionally graded materials (FGMs). Our SPS and DCS systems retain nanometic and fine micro-structures for superior finished material properties. TT's laboratory systems are suitable for a wide variety of small-scale production applications and feature a versatile design, ease of installation and operation, high reliability and a very long usable life. Our production furnaces provide a high level of temperature uniformity for maximized hot zone productivity. Their 2, 4 or 6-sided heating accommodates large loads and the automatic controls provide unattended operation. We also manufacture replacement hot zones for a variety of furnaces. Thermal Technology offers decades of technical innovation, process knowledge, full factory testing, installation assistance and aftermarket support.
