About THERRA INVESTMENTS

THERRA INVESTMENTS is part of the SMRG group and its mission is to boost real estate projects by raising capital from private and corporate investors. Each investment has a well-defined asset, that is, an objective real estate project, unlike typical real estate investment funds in which the invested capital can be distributed across numerous projects. THERRA INVESTMENTS always invests its own capital in all the projects it invites investors to participate, thus sharing the risk and ensuring the profitability of everyone's investment.
