Theta is a post-training research lab building reinforcement learning (RL) environments that make AI agents reliable, sovereign, and production-ready. Most AI agents today are built on prompt engineering and static fine-tuning. They work in demos. They break in the real world. Theta takes a different approach. We design structured learning environments where small language models (SLMs) are trained through reward-based feedback loops — developing real intelligence for specific tasks, not brittle scripts that fail under pressure. The result: AI agents that improve over time, operate without dependency on external APIs, and give enterprises full control over their models and data. We don't wrap AI. We train it.
