We make a difference in three primary areas: leadership development and strategic planning for nonprofits that focus on equity and inclusion; disability inclusion in the workforce; and research to understand strategies in education and workforce development to improve outcomes for people with disabilities of all ages. Services we offer include: - Helping organizations to grow their social enterprise and supporting individual leaders to bring their authentic leadership style to the work. - Planning for disability inclusion based on business needs and strategy; auditing business inclusion policies and practices - Conducting qualitative research and data analysis to understand what works in inclusive education and workforce policy and practice. - Creating individualized training for organizations to create highly effective teams and data informed practice, including disability awareness and inclusive practices Our organization includes an extensive network of disability policy experts, economists, architects, data analysts, researchers, instructional designers, vocational rehabilitation counselors and administrators, adult education and literacy experts, and other subject matter experts. Importantly, we ensure that equity and inclusion are at the center of our work—from whom we work with to whom we serve. We are change makers at the systems, organizational, and individual level.
