About This Might

We are a consulting company focused on strategic product decisions in organizations. Our goal is to help teams make robust, sustainable decisions, especially in situations where uncertainty, conflicting interests, and organizational complexity come together. Our approach combines structured strategic thinking with collaborative and iterative methods. We make complex options tangible through artifacts, clarify decision criteria, and guide teams toward directions that are organizationally aligned and economically sound. We believe that sustainable decisions emerge where there is clarity about options, criteria, and responsibilities. Where teams stand behind a shared direction.
