About This Property Matters Ltd. (TPM)

This Property Matters Ltd. is a niche property management company set up to provide high quality management services for owners who truly care about their real estate assets and their tenants. Through our experience and knowledge of asset and investment management, we understand the meaning of 'excellent service' and why it is so important to the long-term success of an investor. By managing the day-to-day running of our clients’ buildings and by creating a direct relationship with each and every tenant, TPM is able to bridge the gap that all too often exists between asset and property management. “We follow a very simple philosophy when it comes to our clients, our tenants and our buildings: They matter.”
