Thitikorn Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the provision of motorcycle and automobile hire purchase services. The Company provides hire purchase services for personal cars and commercial vehicles, as well as motorcycles mainly under Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki brands. The Company operates through approximately 78 branches covering 45 provinces throughout the country. The Company's subsidiaries include C. V. A. Company Limited, which is engaged in motorcycle hire purchase business and debt collection business; Chayapak Company Limited, which is engaged in automobile hire purchase business in Bangkok and neighboring provinces, and TK Debt Services Company Limited, which is engaged in debt collection business. On August 13, 2014, the Company announced that it has established a new subsidiary in Cambodia, namely Suosdey Finance PLC.
