Thompson Consulting Group is a management consulting company based in beautiful Boise, Idaho. We help organizations develop leaders, improve morale, and increase efficiency by utilizing a variety of organizational development products and services. Our team of consultants is exceptionally qualified to assist our clients with their organizational and employee needs. Our consultants offer a wide variety of skills including extensive backgrounds in business, law, human resources, healthcare, and organizational psychology. Our owner and Senior Consultant, Grant Thompson, previously worked as Senior Vice President of Consulting for the IEC Group. He has a Doctorate in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education from University of San Francisco’s School of Education. Grant specializes in organizational development and training and has helped numerous organizations throughout the Northwest improve morale, develop leaders, and increase efficiency. He is the author of the up-coming book Leadership Isn’t Rocket Science: Simple Strategies Used by Great Leaders.
