About Thousand Hills Co

Thousand Hills Company is a creator of new home communities. Launched by a team of lifelong friends with vast experience in real estate, investing, entrepreneurship and venture capital, Thousand Hills Co began with a single community in March 2020. Today our portfolio features more than a dozen communities with a pipeline of 1,000+ homesites across 450 acres throughout the Greater Chattanooga Area. And we are just getting started! We envision our work as a restorative effort between people and this beautiful planet, allowing the human spirit to thrive and connect with others and the land around it. Our communities are far more than simply homesites, streets and sidewalks; they are invitations to flourish and become who we truly are. Thousand Hills Company’s primary expertise is in identifying investment opportunities, raising capital, land use, and planning, land and infrastructure development, and building out experienced development teams to bring communities to successful completion.
