About THREADINGwith

At THREADINGwith, we believe that our brains are hardwired for connection—whether in schools, boardrooms, locker rooms, or faith communities. We believe everyone does better when we can “be with and do with”. In that vein, we partner with organizations that truly care about their people, creating environments where individuals and teams experience belonging and well-being. By integrating cutting-edge neuroscience with timeless wisdom, we empower groups to thrive and navigate conflict, innovation, and systems development productively. Our services include professional learning sessions for teams, as well as tailored coaching and consultation to meet your unique needs. Visit our website or send us a message to learn more. THREADINGwith is a coaching and consulting service offered by Abbie Benfield, LLC and Identity Alchemy, LLC.
