About Three Leaf Partners

Three Leaf Partners, led by Milwaukee Bucks champion Pat Connaughton, combines over 80 years of experience across a wide spectrum to form Milwaukee’s newest real estate development company. We strive to connect business executives, professional athletes, and community partners through real estate. This dynamic group of like-minded and mission-driven individuals seek to change the game of real estate development in Milwaukee and beyond. Together, we look to fund and facilitate real estate development projects through a variety of uses that are sustainable, multifaceted, and make a lasting impact on the greater community.
