About Thrive Legal Search

Founded by Amanda Ellis in 2020, Thrive Legal Search (formerly ACE Legal Search) recruits attorneys for leading law firms. In 2025, we rebranded to reflect our belief that lawyers' careers and lives are deeply connected. As lawyers’ priorities shift, lawyers often need to move to a new firm in order to thrive. We help lawyers and law firms find the fit where they can thrive together. For the full story behind our name and rebrand, check out our official announcement blog post: https://thrivelegalsearch.com/ace-legal-search-is-now-thrive-legal-search/
