Welcome to Thunaivan Groups Thunaivan Lorry Service was founded in 1982 by our visionary Chairman, Mr. P. Natarajan, in Namakkal. With a single Comet Truck, we embarked on a journey of continuous growth and innovation. In 1986, we expanded into Bulk LPG Transportation, a turning point for our business. By 1988, we extended operations to Mumbai, Cochin, Vizag, and other states. Diversification followed in 1991 with Trailer Services, and by 1993, we launched Thunaivan Earth Movers using L&T Earth Mover Machinery and established Thunaivan Tyres in partnership with Apollo Tyres, now a leading outlet in Tamil Nadu. Our passenger transport operations began in 1994 under KRN Bus Service, based in Tuticorin. In 1997, we launched Taurus operations, connecting Kovilpatti to Jammu, Punjab, Gujarat, and beyond. In 2005, we entered the petroleum sector under Thunaivan Agencies with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). Leadership expanded in 2010 with Mr. Jayakarthi Natarajan as Managing Director and in 2011 with Thunaivan Logistics. By 2015, led by Mr. Rajesh Natarajan, we became India’s largest LPG propane transporter with over 400 trucks and established India’s largest Apollo CV Zone. In 2021, we began LPG bottling assistance with two state-of-the-art plants. Today, Thunaivan Groups proudly stands for innovation, excellence, and service across India.
