Located in Tampa, FL, Don and Diane were co-founders and owners of Timeshare Broker Services of Florida, LLC in 2005. The company grew quickly, gaining in popularity with resorts, timeshare resale brokers, and customers. With a staff of 20 in three locations, over 1,000 closings were transacted in 2008. The company was sold in late 2008, with the Nadeau’s leaving the company mid-2009 once the transition was complete. Diane has been a REALTOR® since 1991 and is one of the leading Preferred Resellers of Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) in the world.
