TIMPIA AI jobs and careers

About TIMPIA AI

TIMPIA builds AI and software systems for European B2B companies. We handle everything from ML engineering and process automation to full-stack software development. Custom models, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, computer vision, AI agents, and end-to-end business automation. How we work: Every engagement starts with a fixed-price Proof of Concept — working code in 7 days, not a slide deck. If the PoC proves value, we scope the full build together in 2-week sprint cycles. You talk to engineers, not account managers. EU-based. GDPR-native. Full audit logs. NDA-ready. hello@timpia.ai
