The Company operates through three segments: gas and oil production, well construction and completion, and other partnership management. Gas and oil production positions are in six operating areas, such as Eagle Ford, North Texas, Appalachian Basin, Coal-Bed Methane, Rangely and Mid-Continent. The Company conducts energy activities and drilling activities through drilling partnerships.
