About TJR Ventilation Solutions Limited

TJR Ventilation Solutions Ltd, established in 2020 working within the private and social housing sector. We specialise in the diagnosis of condensation related ventilation issues that result in black mould around the home. The first steps to resolving the issues will require a survey where a Building Regulatory Compliance based ventilation survey report is provided. The survey will include (wherever possible) actual air flow readings, from the existing ventilation equipment, using a calibrated Anemometer. This will allow us to compare the existing airflow readings, against current regulations to ensure compliance. If mould is present during a survey, we can offer mould sterilisation and treatment. We will only treat mould effected areas with COSHH certified Mould removing products.
