TK Community Care Services (TKCCS) is a locally owned and operated disability services organisation in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. TKCCS was founded in 2019. We have and continue to experience a high level of growth in all of our programs. We are NDIS registered and offer numerous NDIS services including: - Psychosocial Recovery Coaching - Support Coordination - Supported Independent Living (SIL) - Short-term Accommodation (STA) - Medium-term Accommodation (MTA) - Respite - Community Access - Assistance with Development of Daily Living and Life Skills - Assistance with Travel and Transport Our team are highly trained and are committed to providing and encouraging ongoing personal and professional development of our staff. We utilise a highly person-centred approach in all support of our participants and in all of our programs. We have extensive experience supporting people with dementia, people who have a physical disability, and people who have a psychosocial disability.
