About TL;DR Insights, LLC

TL;DR Insights partners with clients to craft strategically-focused research and distill complex data into accessible insights your organization needs to make key decisions. We provide senior-level attention from start to finish and ensure that you get the most out of your custom research with sound strategy, efficient execution, and succinct summarization. As we partner with you to answer your business, strategy, marketing, and user research questions we are committed to: • Hands-on, senior-level experience & execution at every step • Partnership that starts before project kickoff and does not end once it is wrapped • Fully customized research to generate insights that inform your business strategy • Polished deliverables that are ready to share with your leadership team • High-touch responsiveness, thoughtful attention, and service-orientation We are a small team of long time, dedicated researchers. With a combined 30+ years of research experience and expert knowledge of both B2C and B2B challenges – including the complexities of cloud and commercial licensing – we are positioned to partner with your team and deliver tangible impact to your organization. We believe the best research is done when we learn from one another; from a process that you feel ownership in. We want to bring you along for as much of the journey as you are interested in joining. We know that no two studies are identical. A canned approach will not do justice to your questions, nor your strategy. We start by understanding your strategy, the questions you have, and the decisions you need to make. We then design research that will give us the data we need to best answer your questions, giving you confidence in the decisions you need to make. We also take our commitment to the community seriously. A portion of the proceeds from every project go to causes we care about that help our communities and planet.
