Instead, our core business focuses on strategic acquisitions, property management, and operations, with light renovations or redevelopment as needed to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, high-quality living environment. We own and operate properties exclusively on Chicago’s South Side, with a strong presence in the Bronzeville and Washington Park communities—areas where thoughtful, hands-on property management has the greatest impact.
