TLS Social Care is a privately owned care provider located in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We offer domiciliary care for adults over the age of 18 who need care and support as a result of their Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health, Dementia and Physical Disability. Our goal is to provide a person-centred service which focuses on individual’s strengths, respect, dignity, choice and human rights. We offer a full range of care services such as Personal care, outreach support, sitting service, befriending service and respite care. We can support with doing meaningful activities in the community, managing your home environment, domestic tasks, shopping and attending appointments. We operate a 24hour 7 days a week service with a standard on call system manned by a trained staff team.
