About TM Roofing Service N/W Ltd

TM Roofing Service N/W LTD is a nationwide roofing contractor delivering high-quality, large-scale solutions across the UK. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Rochdale, we have grown from a regional specialist into a major force in the roofing industry, trusted by housing associations, local authorities, main contractors, and private clients alike. We specialise in every aspect of roofing, from reactive maintenance through to multi-million-pound planned works and re-roofing programmes. Our expertise covers: Pitched roofing – large-scale re-roofs in slate, tile, and stone, with full heritage capability. Flat roofing systems – complete build-ups including liquid systems (Polyroof, Protec), torch-on membranes (Garland, Sika, IKO), and other high-performance coverings. UPVC rooflines – fascias, soffits, and guttering installed to the highest standard. Full re-roofing programmes – delivering efficiency and consistency across multi-site housing stock. Backed by Constructionline Gold, NFRC membership, and SafeContractor approval, we combine scale with quality, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and built to last. At TM Roofing, our vision is clear: to set the standard in UK roofing by providing unrivalled expertise, dependable delivery, and a service that clients can trust nationwide.
