About TNTP

TNTP Teaching Fellows programs prepare individuals without teaching certification to become exceptional teachers for our most deserving students. Our Fellows play a critical role in breaking down the socioeconomic and racial barriers that have historically denied underserved communities access to an equitable education. Through TNTP Teaching Fellows, you will elevate your academic or professional expertise into a high-impact career as an educator. No prior teaching experience is required.
