About TO Kinesiology Inc.

TO Kinesiology is a Toronto-based company providing kinesiology, medical exercise and professional personal training services. We are a team of kinesiologists, personal trainers and medical exercise specialists helping individuals improve their health and fitness to move, feel and perform at their best. We work with clinical and non-clinical population alike, however our specialty lies in musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular, neurological and metabolic disorders. Working with our kinesiologists also means you might be eligible for a full or partial refund on our services or claim medical expense with CRA. Our fitness studio is located in downtown Toronto, however we also provide mobile/in-home services throughout GTA which means we can come to your residence, condo gym or a nearby park (mobile/in-home). In case you travel frequently or live far away from us, we also provide online services. Our methods are based on science and our extensive experience working with various client cases. Whether or not you have any chronic diseases or joint/muscle complaints, we'll get to the root of the problem to help you move, feel and perform at your best. This also means working on muscle strength, imbalances and body composition (muscle gain/fat loss/toning). We understand that we are all different with unique physiologies and body mechanics and therefore everyone needs a different approach. We will track various parameters to ensure that we are progressing at the right pace and modify exercise and nutrition based on your feedback. If necessary, we'll work with your physician or healthcare team to coordinate the best plan of action.
