Toddledo proposes a unified, role-based platform for ages 0–5 that streamlines daily operations (attendance, observations, routines, messages) and layers on SuperMemory a privacy-preserving analytics engine that aggregates observations into milestones, trends, and early signals. Educators gain structured templates aligned to national frameworks, faster notetaking, and progress heatmaps; parents see clear, timely dashboards that explain development using plain language; managers access centre-wide metrics to support planning and audits. Technically, the project delivers a modular web application with a relational data model for children, guardians, rooms, observations, and goals, plus an explainable analytics layer that computes trajectories and confidence cues. The aim is not prediction for its own sake, but decision support: highlighting patterns, uncertainties, and next best actions. By combining robust data design, accessible UI, and ethical safeguards, Toddledo targets measurable reductions in administrative load and measurable improvements in feedback quality for families
