ToekomstAtelierDelAvenir (TADA) is a non-profit organisation that addresses inequality through 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀. Our mission is to 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 to find their place in society. In doing so, we activate all actors to take responsibility. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗔 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀: 👉 Weekend school (10–14-year-old): Every Saturday, more than 800 youngsters discover a wide range of jobs via practical workshops voluntarily given by passionate professionals. 👉 Alumni Network(>14year-old): Graduates from the weekend school continue to grow with access to mentoring, workshops, and professional opportunities. The alumni network now includes over 1,700 youngsters. 👉 Programme at schools: Together with schools, we activate a supportive network around the school to deliver monthly TADA workshops for their students from 5th and 6th grade. We are active in Leuven and we have the intention to scale up in Flanders and Wallonia. By connecting youngsters, volunteers, organisations and companies, we create a learning network where confidence, skills, and horizons expand together. Our approach helps youngsters gain the tools to navigate as active citizens in society, while partners and volunteers develop a deeper understanding of youth realities and societal challenges. Since 2012, TADA has built a vibrant community where education becomes a lever for equal opportunities and active participation. Together, we can ensure that every youngster in Belgium has the chance to thrive.
