Top Shelf Canada led by its flagship product Front Street Heat hot sauce has impressively spread across the country into major banners including Real Canadian Superstore, Sobeys, Metro, Foodland, and Whole Foods with determination to show the world that Canadian products can hang with the imported titans of the condiment aisle. This new producer of premium Canadian condiments was imagined and launched in 2017, by local bartender Joshua Lines, with the aid of his childhood best friend, turned highly regarded food scientist and product developer Wayne Blythe.
