About Topcone, Inc. — Software That Fits How Your Business Actually Works

Most businesses don't outgrow their people. They outgrow their software. At Topcone we build custom ERP systems, operational platforms, and workflow applications for $5M+ businesses whose off-the-shelf software has hit its ceiling. We don't force your business into a generic product. We design around how you actually operate — your workflows, your rules, your edge cases. We've delivered systems across a wide range of industries including printing and packaging, logistics, manufacturing, telecom, oilfield services, education, and professional services. We also build and maintain our own SaaS products — Allrentalz, Beacyn, and Scan-N-Order — which means we bring a product owner's perspective to every client engagement. Our clients typically come to us when: — Their current system requires too many workarounds to be trusted — A key person has become a bottleneck because the software can't keep up — They've outgrown off-the-shelf software but haven't found a custom solution that fits — Their core system is running on technology nobody can maintain anymore We work directly with owners and leadership teams. If any of the above sounds familiar, we're happy to have an honest conversation — even if that conversation doesn't lead to a project. 🌐 www.topcone.com
