About Topo Design Studio

Our insights gathered over 20+ years are fuelled by a passion for what we practice, and a belief that our knowledge and experience can deliver game-changing designs that reach far beyond expectations. Aspiring to inhabit new levels of luxury and open up fresh methodologies to designing with nature, our approach combines boundless ambition with a sensibility and practicality rooted in the origins of our founder Drew Anderson’s early career in Landscape Construction. Drew founded Topo in 2009 with a vision for a boutique hospitality consultancy that combines cutting edge design with the necessary specialisation in construction detailing, project management and supervision to deliver world-class luxury resorts. A design studio of leading designers and architects since 2009, TOPO are creators of some of the most luxurious hotels and resorts in the world. We are a multi award-winning firm specialising in luxury destination design, blending state-of-the-art design innovation with invaluable intelligence of remote island development for luxury hotel owners and operators. TOPO creates one-with-nature designs that surpass expectations. Merging thoughtful guest experiences with environmentally sound ideas, TOPO brings elements of design from the outside in, rather than the inside out. We understand the value of incredible design to our clients, making our designs remarkable as they are profitable. Having completed over 100 projects across 18 countries, from our offices in Singapore, Maldives, Australia, Thailand and the Philippines, we are versatile and adaptable. We offer invaluable intelligence on remote island development, forest preservation, agriculture cultivation or indigenous planting. We design manage, masterplan, concept develop and bring larger-than-life impressions to reality.
