TRWE provides consulting services to government agencies, engineering firms, environmental consultants, and developers throughout Southern California. Tory Walker, a registered Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager, is a widely recognized expert, with over 35 years of experience in water resources planning and engineering.
