About Total Talent Resources

Total Talent Resources offers flexible, customized workforce programs and strategies for supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing organizations. We quickly and reliably deliver skilled & floor ready associates for contingent and direct hire positions in Illinois, Texas, and Florida. Our recruiters also source specialists & executives for direct placement nationwide through individual requests or full RPO support. How We Do It: Over the past 25 years, we have built an extensive network of qualified candidates to fill the high demand for skilled talent in niche supply chain roles. We have a well-developed 5 step process for matching the right people with the right opportunities so that everyone is set up to enjoy an immediate win and long-term success. Why Us: We aren’t satisfied with “business as usual” in the staffing and recruiting industry where jobs remain unfilled, new hires show up unprepared, and employers are left wondering what is being done to get the people they need in place. We focus on metrics that matter to each organization to get their job done. We deliver clear communication throughout the process and people who show up and treat their work like it matters. Why Now: Competition for qualified talent is high, and sourcing skilled supply chain people is not getting simpler. But it can become a LOT smoother, more predictable, and less costly with a dedicated partner to develop a talent acquisition system and pipeline that is uniquely suited to your organization.
