About Total Textile Solutions

Total Textile Solutions is Canada's largest textile restoration network. Our nationwide team is made up of the most experienced textile professionals in the industry. When disaster strikes, we make it easy. We know how to take care of people and their textiles and take great pride in both. TTS restores hundreds of thousands of items each year and have been doing so for decades. This extensive experience guarantees customer satisfaction by making the whole process positive from the initial phone call to the final delivery. TTS has the only software system in the industry that is specifically designed solely for processing disaster claims. Instead of relying on line item lists, clients have a visual catalogue of the non-restorable items on each claim. This level of accountability is second to none. Each claim has a dedicated claims professional who provides personalized service from start to finish. This personalized service offers one point of contact for a clear path of communication which results in less phone calls from the insured. Total Textile Solutions is a proud Canadian network of textiles restoration specialists that is available 24/7 and 365 days a year.
