About Touchstream

VirtualNOC is a fully cloud-based platform that allows OTT operations to independently monitor all CDN and origin endpoints and build an overview of their full video workflow with all key OTT data in one dashboard Many OTT services use player analytic tools, and while they're excellent on reporting on streaming errors, they only tell you about issues once the viewer has already suffered and, more importantly, they don't tell you what the root cause of the issue is. Touchstream takes a more proactive approach by synthetically monitoring the CDN and origin endpoints 24/7, so you can predict, anticipate and resolve delivery issues before it becomes an actual problem. We also take it a step further by integrating with every element of the video delivery chain from ingest to player and visualise the end-to-end workflow in one dashboard, which helps you connect the streaming error to the exact segment that failed and reduce time spent on troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Touchstream VirtualNOC makes sure that your NOC Operations team has all the data intelligently correlated from your on-prem, cloud or hybrid workflows, with context sensitive tool launches to make sure you get on top of any issues before your viewers are impacted.
