About Touchtone Corporation

Touchtone was founded in 1991 with the goal of developing enterprise software for IBM AS/400 – iSeries – System i users. Over the years, Touchtone has established a strong reputation for delivering powerful, cost-effective software solutions and outstanding customer support. We view our customer loyalty as an attestation to the effectiveness and satisfaction of our products and services. Wintouch CRM, our flagship service, is much more than a CRM. It is a highly customizable platform that is meant to adapt and expand as your business evolves and grows. In addition to standard CRM functions -- including robust business reporting tools -- Wintouch provides a framework to create custom modules for streamlining and documenting any business process. Wintouch CRM was featured by CIOReview as the "Top IBM Solutions" in 2024 - https://ibm.cioreview.com/vendors/top-ibm-solutions-companies.html Check out the full article here: https://www.cioreview.com/wintouch We have found that CRMs are often implemented without integration due to initial or recurring costs. We provide integration between your CRM and other systems at a highly competitive price point. Integration is necessary for smooth workflows, eliminating redundancies, and a comprehensive overview of your data (via our robust reporting tools). We don't want our customers priced out of an effective CRM implementation, so we work hard to integrate with your systems at the lowest possible cost. If you run your business on an IBM i (iSeries and AS/400) Wintouch provides you with several options for the present and the future, including migration to cloud, at a fraction of the cost.
