Tough Draw jobs and careers

About Tough Draw

Tough Draw exists to honor the Western way of life through authentic storytelling and real relationships. What started as a film vision has grown into a full-service creative and sports agency built to elevate athletes, brands, and events that keep Western culture moving forward. At the core, we’re storytellers, powered by relationships, shaped by rodeo, and rooted in film. Whether it’s a brand campaign, an athlete partnership, a podcast episode, or a live event, the mission stays the same: tell real stories and create real opportunity.
