About Tourbiddy

TourBiddy is an intelligent operations platform that transforms how South African tour operators manage their bookings. Our mission is to eliminate the chaos of scattered Excel sheets, missed notifications, and manual coordination that plagues the tourism industry. The core problem we solve: nobody knows what's actually happening with their bookings. When dates change, guest counts shift, or suppliers confirm—critical information gets trapped in email threads and Excel cells. Teams work off stale data. Important tasks fall through the cracks. TourBiddy provides complete visibility into your booking operations. Our platform continuously analyzes every booking, tracking confirmations, identifying outstanding tasks, and showing you exactly what phase each booking is in. Need to know which bookings are waiting on supplier confirmation? Which rooming lists haven't been sent? Which departures need vehicle allocation? TourBiddy shows you instantly. When anything changes, TourBiddy automatically notifies everyone who needs to know. Reservations, operations, fleet managers, and guides all stay synchronized without manual coordination. No more surprise double-bookings or last-minute scrambles. Whether you're managing FIT bookings or scheduled group departures, TourBiddy provides complete operational visibility. You'll see your booking pipeline at a glance: quotes in progress, confirmations pending, departures ready to travel. Our intelligent task system ensures nothing gets forgotten. As a bonus, our AI-powered rate sheet parser eliminates manual data entry—simply upload supplier rate sheets and TourBiddy extracts pricing information automatically. Say goodbye to Excel chaos and email archaeology. With TourBiddy, every team member sees exactly what needs their attention, suppliers get accurate information automatically, and you maintain complete control from one unified platform.
