About Tower & Scrubber Solutions

Tower & Scrubber Solutions (TSS) is the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier independent mechanical engineering and infrastructure restoration firm. We serve critical facilities—Data Centers, Hospitals, and BioPharma campuses—by extending the lifecycle of their cooling systems and mitigating institutional risk. The "Switzerland" Advantage: The industrial cooling market is broken. Chemical treatment giants sell water chemicals but ignore mechanical degradation. Traditional HVAC firms push for $200k+ full-system replacements rather than executing complex repairs. TSS is the independent bridge. We do not sell chemicals. We deliver unbiased mechanical reliability, heavy CapEx restorations, and strict ASHRAE 188 compliance. Our Core Engineering Capabilities: Infrastructure-Level Restorations: Marine-grade epoxy basin coatings, full-scale PVC fill media replacements, and structural steel repair that extend asset life by 10+ years. Central Plant & Chiller PMs: Comprehensive condenser-side maintenance, including annual tube brushing, oil sampling, and electronic diagnostics. Wet Fume Scrubber Rebuilds: Packing media extraction, hazardous waste neutralization, and factory-spec static pressure restoration for semiconductor and BioPharma exhaust systems. Corporate Structure: Following our acquisition and integration of the WaterSystems Cleaning (WSC) portfolio, TSS provides single-vendor management for your entire condenser water loop—from routine maintenance to $50k+ heavy mechanical restorations. Every project is executed by HAZWOPER-40 certified crews to meet the highest standards of institutional safety.
