About Town Hall Guide National, LLLP

Established in 2008, TOWN HALL is a hyper-local neighborhood marketing company that focuses on the highly effective & coveted New Resident Market. Town Hall serves businesses by identifying new residents and directing them to our Sponsor advertisers via our innovative and civic-oriented three-touch multi-channel New Resident Welcome Programs, which includes: direct marketing, email, mobile and social services. Since new residents have not formed loyalties to businesses in their neighborhood, they represent a highly sought after target for savvy local business owners. Restaurants, doctors, dentists, chiropractors, financial institutions and specialists, home improvement, landscapers, salons, auto repair shops, etc., are among the many neighborhood businesses that can substantially grow their sales and customer base by reaching out to these new families and actively building long-term relationships with them. Town Hall operates via a national Dealership model and is currently expanding our Dealer program. Town Hall is the fastest growing New Resident Marketing company in the industry. We are looking for "best of class" businesses to exclusively represent in the categories new residents are looking for shortly after relocating. We are also looking for prospective Dealers with extensive experience in direct and digital marketing to take advantage of an opportunity to own an Authorized Exclusive Town Hall Dealership. Our current incentive provides highly qualified prospective Dealers the opportunity to have 100% of the Dealership fee waived.
