About Towny

TOWNY is a community-based app marketing and loyalty app developed exclusively for locally-owned businesses and community financial institutions. Consumers use the app to discover unique local businesses, get great deals on shopping and dining, and even receive 10% cash back if they bank with a Towny financial institution. The Towny mobile marketing platform --available in the iTunes and Google Play stores -- lets local business owners tap into their authentic hometown appeal to bring in new customers, reward loyal customers, and compete more aggressively with the big box stores and giant online retailers. These local businesses are what make American communities unique. Helping them is at the heart of the Towny Mission and at the core of the Towny app: we encourage consumers to spend their money with neighbor-owned businesses in order to keep hard-earned dollars circulating in the local economy. This, in turn, keeps American communities thriving and prosperous for generations to come.
